Guess what? My best friend over in Oregon---Marsali Bolton sent me a present! I wasn't even expecting this and it was so cool. Mama got some stuff for us as well. Now we all have pajamas and we even got some cute outfits. Mama has been talking to Mara's Mama since maybe a little after Christmas. I even might get to meet Mara and her sisters this summer! Anyway, I looove my new present. Here are some pictures of me opening it! First I read her card. She has very nice handwriting so it wasn't hard for me.
How nice is that? I'll bet you guys can't wait to see what my little surprise is now. I couldn't wait either! Much to the dismay of Chrissa and Kolby, I wanted to take my time. First I had to examine the bag. (It is very cute, I might start using it for school if all my books fit!)
There are some pictures of some of the things I got! Mara gave me the most cutest stuffed animal I have ever seen. He is a stuffed polar bear. I named him Koli. :) I even slept with him last night, he is so cuddly and cute! I also got the cutest pajamas you will ever see. They are greenish bluish with ladybugs and it says "ladybug" all over them. I'm pretty sure Mara's mama made them, she is SO talented! There's a special blanket and very warm, soft slippers to go with them. I have been sleeping good every night since I got them. Chrissa got pajamas as well. (They are really supposed to be for Kolby, but Chrissa claimed them right away.)
Mara's Mama gave us a bunch of other stuff as well--you'll be able to see them over time!
Oh and speaking of Mara, we got another story published over at the M&M Story Blog! Be sure to check it out. This one is about a girl named Grace who's little sister got lost. She was very scared but someone truly nice was able to help her. Read the story to see who! :)
